Where?
Supermarkets, malls and smaller retailers like convenience stores buy Cheetos directly from Frito-Lay in bulk. They then resell to consumers and sometimes other retailers as well. All the marketing for cheetos is done by Chester the cheetah. Chester the cheetah is a cheetah that does everything a human can do. This is the reason many children are attracted to cheetos; because of the spotted leopard in the cover of every single Cheetos bag. Cheetos are also available in a lot of countries in Asia, as well as all over the globe. (These countries have their own flavors based on what the country's people want.)
How?
Frito-Lay claims that in an effort to have "more efficient trucking", they use trucks that can travel 10.1 miles per gallon of diesel fuel. The national average truck mileage per gallon in the US is 6.4 miles, which is why they say that they are reducing their CO2 emissions as well as burning less fossil fuels while transporting their product. Burning a gallon of fuel creates 22.38 pounds of carbon dioxide. They have also calculated that using these trucks, the American trucking industry could save $24.3 billion and 9.7 billion gallons of fuel every year if all the trucks in the US used this technology.
